Crewso was built by a hiring operator, for hiring operators. Every feature exists because someone needed it to keep stores staffed while managing everything else.

As we scaled from one store to nineteen, one of the biggest challenges became clear: hiring couldn't rely on one person anymore.

I was responsible for driving hiring across all locations while managing everything else that comes with supporting a growing business. The reality was, I could only be in one place at a time—but hiring still needed to keep moving, and stores still needed to stay staffed.

Most hiring platforms today are overloaded with features that aren't practical for day-to-day operations. And frankly, no applicant needs another AI chatbot to get through an application.

How It Works

The hiring workflow, simplified

From the first application to the first shift—every step in one platform.

Step 01

Managers set what they need

Input the roles you're hiring for and your interview availability. Crewso instantly updates your store's application page so candidates apply to real, active positions.

Step 02

Candidates apply & schedule

Applicants pick from up to three preferred interview times based on real manager availability. No back-and-forth texting. No phone tag.

Step 03

Interview with structure

On interview day, managers use a centralized dashboard to view upcoming interviews, start them directly in the platform, and follow structured interview guides.

Step 04

Decide and move forward

After each interview, move the candidate to onboarding, place them on hold, or mark them as not hired. Crewso handles the communication automatically.

Step 05

Onboard and welcome

Once onboarding is completed, the candidate is officially hired, receives a welcome experience, and managers are notified to begin scheduling.

Built-in courtesy delay

If a candidate is not moving forward, Crewso waits one day before sending the notification—ensuring they never receive that message while still in-store.

Built from the floor up

I've lived the full hiring process—manually posting jobs, reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, following up, tracking decisions, sending onboarding, and trying to keep everything organized.

A big part of that was constantly texting applicants—going back and forth to schedule interviews, confirm details, and follow up. Messages would get lost, conversations would overlap, and it became hard to maintain a professional experience at scale.

It wasn't scalable, and it wasn't efficient. That experience is exactly why Crewso exists.
