These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crewso platform operated by Crewso (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Crewso, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Crewso is a hiring platform that connects job applicants with store managers at franchise and multi-location businesses. The platform facilitates job applications, interview scheduling, and hiring workflow management.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to submit a job application through Crewso.
  • Manager accounts are intended for authorized employees of a franchise or business using Crewso for hiring.

3. Applicant Terms

By submitting an application through Crewso, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • Your application and scheduling information will be shared with the managers of the store location(s) you apply to.
  • Crewso facilitates the connection between you and the hiring store but does not guarantee employment.
  • You are responsible for attending scheduled interviews or canceling in advance.

4. Manager Terms

By creating a manager account, you agree that:

  • You are authorized by your organization to manage hiring for the store locations you access.
  • You will handle applicant information in accordance with applicable privacy and employment laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You will not use the platform to discriminate against applicants in violation of applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Crewso for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or platform systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Crewso name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Content you submit (such as application responses) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of operating the platform.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Crewso available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crewso is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed interviews, hiring decisions, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Privacy

Your use of Crewso is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crewso operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
