Aman Industries LLC, operating Crewso (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the Crewso platform, which connects job applicants with store managers to streamline the hiring process. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Applicant information: Name, email address, phone number, and any other details you include in a job application (such as availability and work history).
  • Manager account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account to manage hiring for a store location.
  • Interview scheduling data: Date, time, and location preferences you select when booking an interview slot.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to help us improve the platform.
  • Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, and screen size for compatibility and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and route job applications to the appropriate store managers.
  • Enable interview scheduling between applicants and managers.
  • Send notifications about application status, interview confirmations, and scheduling changes.
  • Authenticate manager accounts and maintain session security.
  • Improve and maintain the platform.

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not share your information with advertisers.
  • We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Who Can See Your Information

  • Applicants: Your application details are visible to the managers of the store(s) you applied to.
  • Managers: Your account information is visible to other managers and admins within your franchise organization.
  • Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email and SMS delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.

Interview text reminders

Crewso sends optional, automated interview reminders to applicants and assigned interviewers who opt in. We record your choice, the time and source of consent, the disclosure version, and a protected reference to the mobile number you consented to use. We also keep delivery records to operate and troubleshoot the program.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred to third parties for their own purposes. We share the information needed to deliver and support these texts with messaging service providers, including Telnyx and mobile carriers, solely to provide the Crewso messaging service. Employers using Crewso cannot use this consent to enroll you in their own text campaigns.

5. Data Retention

We retain application data for as long as the hiring process is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support reporting and compliance. Manager accounts are retained until the account is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls that limit data visibility to authorized users.

7. Cookies

Crewso uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
