4. Who Can See Your Information

  • Applicants: Your application details are visible to the managers of the store(s) you applied to.
  • Managers: Your account information is visible to other managers and admins within your franchise organization.
  • Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain application data for as long as the hiring process is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support reporting and compliance. Manager accounts are retained until the account is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls that limit data visibility to authorized users.
